Oil & Grease Removal Protocol
Grosol ORC — our specialist oil stain remover:
- Apply Grosol ORC at 5-10 g/L
- Add Growet ELF wetting agent at 1 g/L
- Temperature: 60-80°C
- Time: 20-30 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water
For stubborn machine oil stains:
- Increase Grosol ORC to 15 g/L
- Add Grosol HVY (heavy-duty degreaser) at 3-5 g/L
- Extend treatment to 45 minutes at 80°C
Prevention is Better Than Cure

- Regular machine maintenance and lubrication schedules
- Use food-grade machine oils where possible
- Implement edge trimming to remove selvedge stains
- Install water filtration to prevent rust contamination
- Clean softener application systems regularly
